The Group operates in four business segments, namely Property, Hotels Investment, Industrial Services and Other Investments.
This segment focuses on development properties for sale in Singapore and Indonesia as well as investment properties in Singapore, Australia and China. Having achieved steady sales from its development properties in Singapore, the Group is now actively developing Batam Opus Bay, the Group’s upcoming integrated mixed development township project in Indonesia.
In Singapore, the Group’s ongoing development properties are Kandis Residence, Mont Botanik Residence and Peak Residence; and the Group’s main investment properties are 18 Robinson, Robinson Point and Link@896. Robinson Point is in the process of being divested pursuant to a sale and purchase agreement signed in November 2020. Completion is expected to be June 2021.

Founded in 1979, Atelier Group Architects, our home-grown architectural studio has evolved over the decades and amassed works of multiple scales and functions.
Through the years, we have strived to build an architectural practice that provides contemporary and adaptive solutions to address current aspirations. Today, as we branch out from our modest roots, we remain inspired to foster good works and persevere to achieve the best of our abilities.
On 8 August 2008, our practice was incorporated as AGA Architects Private Limited to map new directions to diversify our works. With our office in Singapore, we shall continue to uphold our commitment to craft quality works, both locally and abroad.

Each design begins with a comprehensive understanding of the program and the place.
We take pride in our close collaborations with our clients and our consultants to strategize appropriate methodologies to address the requirements of the program.
Our designs are inspired by the affinity of our architecture to the place and the context that defines the place. Working at various scales, we seek to foster an awareness of the contextual qualities. We revelled in the pursuit of cues that leads to design solutions that imbued our work with inherent contextual sensitivities.
The principles of our designs are influenced by the discipline of modern architecture where the process of enquiring and exploring of ideas are fundamental to the design. In each development, we strive for innovation and creativity. We strive for excitement and tranquillity, formed by the space, light and structural order of our architecture.
Underlying our works are varying levels of awareness and implementation of ideas that emerge from the design process.
