On the former site of three Good Class Bungalows and close to Orchard Road, Jervois Mansion stands as a sophisticated statement of timeless bungalow-inspired living.

This freehold development in prestigious District 10 on Jervois Road exudes the relaxed grandeur of yesteryear, with its black and white architecture drawing inspiration from colonial bungalows of the early 20th century.

Rarely can one call a distinguished residence on such coveted land. But for an exclusive few, this is a privilege that one can now own for future generations to enjoy.

Our Portfolio Investment Division invests in public equities, private equity funds, performing and distressed debt funds, semiconductor equipment leasing, and others; while our Real Estate Division focuses on Operations, Development and Investments of residential and commercial real estate properties.

Collectively, our team has more than 70 years of experience in investing, engineering, architecture, real estate development and operations. In selecting investment targets, we put emphasis on valuation, growth potential, and the people involved. Our investment professionals’ ethos is to focus on the key fundamentals of the businesses and on diversifying our asset base.

Our Heritage
The Group was founded by the late Mr Aw Kim Chen in 1971 due to Mr Aw’s desire to diversify into real estate investment and development from his then rubber business.

Mr Aw Kim Chen’s diligence and prudence became a hallmark for the growth of his businesses, and his civic consciousness was exemplified in his passionate involvement in various grass root organisations, clan associations, business associations, education and medical institutions.

Today, we have seen continued growth in various asset classes and in real estate investments, developments and operations. Kimen Group will continue to embrace and reflect Mr. Aw’s spirit of trustworthiness, prudence and diligence in every business endeavour that we participate in.
